Background colour

Hi

Although I have set the background colour for Excel etc to
a pale yellow I am finding that on re-opening some
documents the background has changed to white. This change
in colour is happening across the entire Workbook.

I use Excel 2003 and Windows XP

This is becoming very frustrating so I would really
appreciate a fix for this
