Backdoor.imserv in a compressed file

I am having trouble removing the virus backdoor.imserv
from the compressed file wupdt.exe. I have followed the
instructions given by Symantec online and my computer
still shows an infection./

What kind of problem are you having and what error messages, etc? Try to disable
compression on the parent folder of that file which looks like it may be \winnt to
see if that helps by selecting folder properties/advanced where you have the option
do disable it. --- Steve
