Best depends on your needs. All version of Vista come with a user files
backup program. If you have Vista Business or Ultimate then Complete PC
Backup works well. Otherwise look at Acronis True Image Home version 10
saving the images on an external hard drive connected by USB, Firewire or
eSata.
