Back-up folder

I set up Word 2000 to create back-up copy when saving a document.

Is it possible to re-direct it to another folder, i.e. windows\temp, instead of the folder of the original document (especially if the file is being edited from a removable media, especially diskette)?

If not, is there an add-in to that would do just that?

You must *never* save to removable media, especially floppy disc. It is a
major source of document corruption. There is no simple way to redirect the
backup files to a different folder, but see if
http://www.gmayor.com/automatically_backup.htm helps.
