For Outlook Express, the email files\folder would be somewhere like this;

<DriveLetter>:\Documents and Settings\<YourUserName>\Local
Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{FA21F412-E411-5D21-E54A-557ACAC84A50}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\

emails would be in the Inbox.dbx, Sent Items.dbx,...*.dbx.

Copy them to a CD.

For OutLook (MS Office);

<DriveLetter>:\Documents and Settings\<YourUserName>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst

Or whatever you may have called the pst file.

Copy it to CD.

There are various backup utilities you can get to back these up for you.
Just Google it.

You might not be smart enough to follow directions, given the fact that
you weren't smart enough to tell us what email client you're using,
your operating system, etc., etc.
