Because of some problem with Xpe Service pack 2 I'm trying to come back to
Xpe Service pack 1 but ,
after restoring Service pack 1 database, I found that User Account component
does not contain
any file, any Registry data or any Resource ( and in the Image I build then
I click on User accounts in control Panel, appear an error dialog box and
when I try to access to Services Window, appear an error window to, so
probably several components are damaged)
How can I repair database?
Have I to reinstall it?
I tryed to repair it with Windows XPembedded Installation disk, but it
didn't success.

Gianluca,

The "User Account" component does not contain any registry entries and
doesn't bring any files to the build. The component includes a special CMI
script and dhtml that adds the user account setting to be created by FBA at
run time.

It may appear that your XPe dataabse is jsut fine and dones't require a
repair. Also, if it would be broken, you might have gotten some problems
during the build time, not run time.

As you are seeing some issues at run time your image does not include some
required components. From you description it sounds like you are better
start adding and resolve all the dependencies of "Administration Support
Tools" component.

There is no easy way to repair the XPe database rather then to use database
backups (if you happened to save them) or re-install it completely and
import all the custom components you created manually.
