Back ground colour

I appologise if i am repeating this qustion. I would just like to know how
to add a back ground colour to the inside of a text box

In what program? If Word, try asking the experts in an MS Word newsgroup.

If in Excel or Word, right-click on the border of the text box and "Format text
box"

From Colors and lines>Fill, choose a background color.
