BAC files ????

In my windows\system32 directory, I have about 15 files
with a BAC extention. Does anyone know what these are.
If you try to view them, they are in hex.

example of file name:
RO83C4.bac they also have an associated file which is blank
named as RO83C4.tmp.log

Usually .bac is a backup file that a specific application made, if the

original file (the when you using) gets corruputed
