AxSpreadsheet in VB .NET Windows App

I am having an issue opening an existing excel workbook
in the spreadsheet object on my form. Someone please
help!!!
 
Hi Jimmy,

You'll have to say a bit more about the problem.

You may have to say it in another newsgroup too, for example.
