AxInterop.MSChart20Lib and Interop.MSChart20Lib - Class not registered Exception

Dear All,

I have used 2 dlls named AxInterop.MSChart20Lib and Interop.MSChart20Lib in
one of my screen called stock price tracking in my VB.NET project. It is
running well in my machine. But when I install it in my customer's machine
it is throwing an error called "Class not registered". Can you please let me
know how to solve this issue.

We have run the Dot Net framework in that machine and manually copied this
dll into the customer's machine. Still this problem is not resolved. Your
help in this is greatly appreciated.

Attached is the detailed error trace taken from the event viewer in which we
used to write the exceptions.

Could you do this:
On customer's computer:
Put the library on c:\Windows\System32 folder then
Start -> Run -> regsvr32 MSChart20Lib.dll (assuming) the file name is
this

This registers your dll if registerable.

Could you do this:
On customer's computer:
Put the library on c:\Windows\System32 folder then
Start -> Run -> regsvr32 MSChart20Lib.dll (assuming) the file name is
this

This registers your dll if registerable.

We switched away from that control after struggling with installation issues
similar to yours. If I recall, you need to install MSCHRT20.OCX and
register it
with regsvr32.
