Away Mode Driver

My HP Pavilion crashes when going into sleep and my system tells me that its
due to the Away Mode Driver, which needs updating. It then tells me that I
need to use Windows Update to solve the problem. Windows Update does not
recognize that an upgrade is needed. Going to manually solve the problem, I
haven't found the correct driver yet on either the Microsoft or AMD site.

Can anyone point me to the correct driver to solve this problem?
 
The "Away Mode" was only supported on XP Media Center. If you load an OS
that does not have Media Center you cannot support Away Mode. I can't tell
from your post if you have a PC that was originally supplied with XP Media
Center, Vista, or your upgraded. Which was it?
