A thank you, folks, for answering some previous questions I posted.

I hope you will help me with these questions:

OK --- recently AVG identified some backdoor trojan files.

They are now located in its Virus Vault. They are all termed "unhealable."

Am I correct in that this means the files can't be "fixed."?
Am I also correct that they are now disabled?

Is there any reason to keep these files in the Vault?

Finally, if they are in the vault and I scan my computer with another AV
program, would it once again identify these files as trojans?

yes...

Am I also correct that they are now disabled?

should be, so long as they stay in the vault...
Is there any reason to keep these files in the Vault?

so that you can still restore it if you determine that your av was
false alarming, or so you can replace it if you determine that you
actually needed that file...

once you rule those out, you should be able to get rid of it...
Finally, if they are in the vault and I scan my computer with another AV
program, would it once again identify these files as trojans?

possibly... it depends on the vault and the 'other' av...
