AVG freezing up

When I try to run a complete scan, AVG freezes up in my Microsoft files in
the program files folder. It does it on .EXE and .XLA files. Any help
would be appreciated.

Hi Eric,
Is this something which has just started to happen? I would
probably do an uninstall and reinstall if nothing else suggest itself.
