I have received a document of labels that I have to print.

As I have to buy the right Avery labels, where in the document can I see the
product number of the Avery labels.

As I can see in the document, it only says Letter 8 1/2" X 11 for the paper.

Anyone can help?

It doesn't say in the document. A label document is simply a table. There
are two options.
1. Use the envelope/label wizard and check the options for Avery standard
with label numbers starting 51 and see whiuch corresponde to the cell size
of your document.
2. Convert the label document to a data file (see
http://www.gmayor.dsl.pipex.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm) then you
can merge to any Avery label format (though I guess the client will want a
specific size). Still, if this is to be a regular task, the labels are more
useful in a data format.
