AVERY LABEL FORMATTING

WHEN CONTINUING TO ENTER LABELS ON A SECOND PAGE, THE FORMATTING DOESN'T
CARRY OVER AND THE PRINTED TEXT IS OFF. HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE.
CAN ANYONE HELP?? THANKS!!!

If you're using a template that includes "spacer" rows, then tabbing out of
the last label row will create a label row without the spacer row. The only
way to duplicate a page of these labels is Copy/Paste.

Tried every possible combination of copying and pasting I can think of and
either the sapcer rows don't copy or the main rows don't copy. Thanks,
though.

When you select the text to be copied, are you including the end-of-row
markers? Or you can select the entire table using the table handle and copy
that.

When preparing label sheets that run to more than one page and likely to
grow, you might consider mail merge - which will use the correct format for
