Word Avery L7163 Word 2007 Error

Hi

When trying to print labels using Avery L7163 on Microsoft Word 2007, all that prints is the bottom line of each label. The operating system used is Windows XP. We have tried three different printers and the same happens with each.

Is anyone familiar with this fault and may know how to correct it?

Dunno myself, but this may help ...

Go into Tools – Envelopes and Labels and click Options. Then select Avery A4 and A5 (not Avery standard).

Avery has developed a Wizard for Word in cooperation with Microsoft that will update your version with all the Avery templates. The Wizard can be downloaded from our web site free of charge.

I had a similar problem a while back and just gave up.
Now use envelopes with the little windows in them.
Ended up getting Staples to print 500 labels with my name etc on them.

But interested in the outcome as i still have 500 labels sitting in a draw gathering dust.
