That label style is an A4 size. Open the Tools > Envelopes and Labels dialog
(Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels in Word 2002/2003) and
click the Options button. Set the Label Products dropdown to "Avery A4 and
A5 sizes" and then select L7163 from the Product list. Click OK, then click
the New Document button. This creates a one-page document on A4 paper. If
you can't see the edges of the labels, click Table > Show Gridlines.
This label format is included in Word's label wizard - try Avery A4 & A5
settings!
You can insert addresses from Outlook on capture from a document or by mail
merge.
