Averageifs Help!!

Hello,

I am getting an error (#DIV/0!) for my averageifs formula. I can not seem to get it to work. In column A I have last names and in Column B I have Amounts. I am trying to get the average for each person's name in column "A". Below is what my formula looks like:

=AVERAGEIFS($B$4:$B$18,$A$4:$A$18,"Anderson",$A$4:$A$18,"Back").

Please help!!!

You would probable get more help if you let people know you are using MS Excel

If someone knows the answer, i'm fairly certain they'd be able to tell thats and excel formula, though its a little above me i'm afraid.
