Available font sizes

Why is the 13 pt. size, which is used by my Word Perfect
software not available under Windows?

Is there a way to install it ?

It is available. Navigate to the slot which shows the point size. Left
click.;type the desired size; press enter (pressing enter is not required by
all applications); Done.

MS Word accepts sizes from 1 to 1638 inclusive by 0.5 point increments. e.e.
200.5 is acceptable.
