autoupdate doesn't update

Hey
Autoupdate shows me on a site that there 2 available updates ( removal tool
to some worms and some security update ), but it doesn't start to update...
It stays on a 0% and waits... Then it shows that no updates were succesfully
installed. I can install this updates manually but it's really
unconfortable.I have xp with sp2.

Hi Jarod,

Click start/run, type %windir%\windowsupdate.log and click ok. Scroll to the
bottom, look at the lines from the most recent version for an error code in
the form of 0x00000000. Copy/paste that section into a reply.
