Autotext question

Hi,

is it possible to copy "autotext" entries accross multiple PC's?

I've created a lot of auto text entries for Outlook (using word as the email
editor), and I want to enable users on different PC's to use the autotext.

Is it possible to copy the autotext entries between PC's?

(I've tried copying email.dot but that doesn't appear to work)

Hi,
if you are using Word as Email Editor, the autotext is stored in the
normal.dot file!

Thanks Andreas, I've got it working with normal.dot.

The real issue is the fact that we want about 30 different users to use
these auto text entries in outlook, and the users will change constantly. I
don't really want to go into c:\docu~1\user\application........ and paste a
new normal template in every users profile.

Can you think of a way that we can get erveryone using these autotext
entries without having to paste it into every users profile?
