i preset up and when i hit space it replaces it with the
body of text that i would like. does any one know how i
can do this is outlook 2003? i tried a hotkey addin but
it never worked.
Thanks,
John.

Hi John,

I think that you are asking about our Quick Templates add-in:

http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/quick_templates/

Quick Templates (QTE) is designed for fast insertion of text templates
into Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP/2003 mail messages. It will help you with
entering frequently repeated text fragments, save the time you spend on
message writing, and you will have no more misprints in your messages.
With QTE you can create a template list and insert the text from
template into a message by a single mouse click or through a hotkey you
can set for each template individually.

If you use word as your editor, autotext will work. Otherwise, along with
the app from mapilab, activewords will also do it.

I don't know about OL 2003, but in OL 2002, I do this with AutoCorrect.
I have a code, such as v4f prints out a specific URL.

I have a lot of stuff programmed in there, some of it just an URL and
some of it a few sentences.
