Hello,

It is safe to delete duplicate entries as well as entries with 'file not
found'.

Hi Bill,

Generally, yes. Howver, value data that does not contain a file name (such
as "about:blank") show up in the list as "File not found". In case of doubt,
simply disable the entry and observe for few days before finally deleting
the item.
