What is the proper way to use Autorun in Windows to open
an HTML file (such as index.htm) automatically when a
custom CD is inserted into the drive? I know that this
doesn't work:

[autorun]
open=index.htm

Is there something I am missing - I know the above code
works for a .exe program but not an HTML file.

Thanks!

Tom
