Autorecovery

This message will popup while working in Word 2000 with all latest patches installe

"You cannot save while the file is in use by another process. Try saving the file with a new name. (C:\...\AutoRecovery save of Letthea...)" Then it has a box for OK.

I click on that box and then the next one says

"Saving the AutoRecovery file is postponed for "Letterhead-Intro. & Plea.doc". Then it has a box for OK
I just finished printing my letters and signing them and then it pops up this saying. Everytime it has popped up, it happens the same way
I click on that box and then it disappears
Any suggestion on the couse and a solution to this annoyance

This could simply be a reflection of the fact that you have the
automatically save recovery information set and that you happen to try and
save the document at a time it is actually saving automatically.
