Something installed a browser pluggin in my computer called
IEHelper.dll(C:\WINNT/IEHelper.dll) which is running in the background
as hidden service and creating this autopopup folder.
C:\Documents and Settings\anil\Local Settings\Temp\autopopup
Evertime I visit a webpage it keeps snapshot html of the page with
extension tmp in this folder. I think its some spyware. I used
security task manager software (http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager) and
deleted the IEHelper.dll and it fixed the problem. I have seen people
posting with issue in several places with no hlep. I found the
solution so I thought I would share with you.
Anil.

Hi Anil

Try these programs to check for any spyware that may be on your system:

Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
