autoplay is not working

Hello
When I put a cd or USB drive in it does not show me a list of actions
to do. The service is running. However, it will not work. Please tell
me what to do.

I tried it. It said there was a problem with the AutoPlay V2
Notification.

I used the autoplay repail wizard.
I first repaired it.
Now it says no problems found.
It does solve my problem.
