Automation Error 440

A fatal error arises when i open an xls file ( or xlt ). In the VBA project
there are two Thisworbook objects ( Thisworkboob and Thisworkbook1 ) and Five
Sheets instead of two of the original file. The graphics of icons of the
extra-objects are different from the normal ones. If I open the file
disabling macro and then I close it saving edits,when I reopen the file
enabling macro all works, unless the file is reopened on another PC whit
different Excel version. My file handles a planner with a perpetual calendar
( monthly planner ) with a conditional formatting that use a user defined
function checking if a date is a workinng italian day--
Can anyone help me?

Hi Elio,

Your workbook has a corrupt VBA Project. You need to copy the good
worksheets and any code to a brand new workbook.
