Automating text colour changes in Excel

How do I get the text in a cell to automatically change colour when a
particular formula or function result is achieved. E.g. logical function
result "TRUE" auto text colour change to green?

This feature in XL is called "Conditional Formatting".

Look it up in the Help files, and post back if you need help.

Click on Format/Conditional Formatting on Excel's menubar. For evaluation a
formula as TRUE, click the first combo box and pick "Formula Is" from its
drop down; type your formula (with the leading equal sign) in the type in
field; then click the Format button; select the Patterns tab and pick your
cell color; finally, OK your way back to the worksheet.
