Automating Profile Creation for Outlook 2000

I'm going insane trying to find any concreate examples of how to
automate this. I am trying to setup outlook so the first time the user
logs in and loads Outlook it will automatically connect to their
profile and connect to the exchange server. The user should not have
to setup anything.

I've spent quite a bit of time searching around to no avail with
anything helpful. Most of the links provided to free software that
supposedly do this do not work anymore. Other links take me to Outlook
2002 ot XP which isn't helpful to me.

I've tried using the Custom Installation Wizard for Office 2000 and
that doesn't work, it still prompts to connect to an exchange server,
etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
