The company I am working for is concerned whether automating AD tasks by
scripts(like Creating new user accounts, adding user to groups, deleting
accounts), could result in benefits or affect in someway the AD performance.
Somebody could give a technical answer for this question?
Thanks.

Depending on your tasks and organization. In my organization automating
several tasks with scripts benefit for us with great improvement in the
time in which service calls are closed. We also benefit from task
automation with off-loading administrative stuff from some tasks which
helps us improve our network management.
