Automatically update other user's calendars

Hi,

We have Outlook 2003 with the latest exchange server at our office.

Is there any way to have these AUTOMATICALLY post to the other people's
calendars without them having to "accept" the appointment? If not the
original appointment, what about updates when the appointment time changes?

Secretaries make a lot of appointments for groups of people. Appointment
times change constantly and we have our email synchronized with
blackberries. All these "accept or decline" messages are driving people
crazy, when the answer is always "accept."
