Automatically specify different email accounts to send from

How do I automatically specify a particular email account in Outlook to send
messages to particular web domains?

Specifically, I use a yahoo address as my primary email, but when I use that
account when sending to osu.edu email addresses my mail is rejected because
it is being sent from a yahoo.com address through a columbus.rr.com server.
Is there a way to have Outlook automatically choose my columbus.rr.com
account when I send a message to an osu.edu address?
