Automatically sequence e-mails to follow a process flow?

Does Outlook (perhaps combined with InfoPath) offer a feature where a user
can set up a sequence of contacts to follow a process flow?

For example, an approval process:
1. a user creates a request
2. sends to another contact for approval
3. Once approved, it automatically gets sent to the next appropriate
contacts and continues down the process flow until completion

You might give InfoPath a try -- it's pretty robust for form approval and
transmittal. Or, look at SharePoint which uses the MS Workflow Engine. Or,
MS CRM has the same workflow engine.

Lon
