Automatically Send Email based on query

Hi,
I was given enligtment to solve this problem of my boss who is supposed to
mail and co-ordinate with lot of people at different locations.....My data is
like

S.No Location Date of Filing Remarks Emails
1. AC 27-Mar-2007 No
(e-mail address removed)
2. DC 27-Mar-2007 No
(e-mail address removed)
3. FC 31-Mar-2007 Yes
(e-mail address removed)

shud this be possible...a macro or ...
