Automatically Run Macro

I haven't used access in a year and now everything I used
to know fell out of my head.

I know there is a way to get Access to automatically run a
macro upon opening a database. If you want it to not run,
you have to hold down the Shift key when you enter the
db. Can anyone tell me the code/macro for this?
