Automatically replace a project name thru out a document

Bill

I am trying to setup a document template that has a title
page with the project name on it. I want to be able to
change all instances of that name thru out the whole
document, including headers and footers when the title
page gets edited.

Thanks

One of the easiest way to do this is to open a new document from the
template and then select File, Properties and on the Summary Page enter the
document title in the Title box.

Now in the template, if you have used the Title field everywhere you want
that title to appear, update all the fields and the new title will update
throughout the document.

Alternatively, use the Title style for the title (and only the title) and a
StyleRef field to pick it up later in the document.
