Automatically Refresh Pivot Table Data

How can a pivot table refresh data automatically while the file is open and
the data is changed without me having to hit the refresh data button?

You can refresh your pivots upon opening your file without having to plug in a macro.

Go to your Pivot table options, you should see a Data tab, just check the Refresh data when opening the file checkbox.
