Automatically posting data from one worksheet to another based on specific criteria

I need a little guidance in finding the correct function to use. I have
a workbook with two worksheets. I need to get specific data from the
first worksheet onto the second worksheet. On the first sheet, I have
a column with an alpha-numeric code. Anytime the letter "R" shows up,
I need that coresponding row to show up on my second worksheet.

Any ideas?
