Automatically populating fields in a form

I need a form that once I type in the customer ID, it populates the Name,
Address, City, Zip, ect with that customers info from the main customer
table...Any help would be appreciated.
 
Have you checked the Orders Form / Subform in the sample database
"NorthWind"?

The above shows exactly what you need.
