automatically open form after two hours

I have lone workers that I must keep in contact with every two hours,
information is input into a form (one form each person) all calls are logged
in a table how do I get their form to pop up automatically.

Here's a tickler which pops up once a year. Take a look at it and alter it
to re-occur every 2 hours: There are other examples at the datastrat and
