Automatically maximise window boxes

When I open up IE the windows are always half size so I have to maximise
them. Is there a way I can make them open up to full size every time
automatically?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
