Automatically Filling in fields

I have a table with 2 fields one is Job # the other is Job Description. I
have another table with multiple fields it is time sheets. I use a form to
fill in the Job # in the timesheet table with a drop down box on a form. On
that form I want too automatically fill in the description and I don't Know
how to do it.

Description being a text box on the form
