automatically fill a value to a list

hi,

i have a customer database where i have a "Title" field which i created as
Value List. (don't know if it's the better way!)

What i would really like, is to be able to insert new values in my customer
Title field, and that they are kept there, without having (as i am doing now)
to go on the design table and put them there!

I hope that this is clear!!!

Hello Barbara,

A better way is to store those values into a new table and then have a
combox selected for your field (and not a value list) - this can be done also
using the Lookup Wizard. - New entries should be recorded in the related
table.

Also you can search for NotInList (in this group) in order to find ways to
have new entries added into your second table automatically.
