Automatically enable macros for particular template

Users in our sales department regularly use a particular Excel template that
requires macros. Other than globally lowering the macro security level,
what can I do to allow macros automatically just for that one template? I
want to eliminate the user prompt regarding macro security.

No point in security if it's too easy. You can install it as an addin or
sign it with a certificate...that's realistically all
