Automatically empty the recycling bin at logoff

All,

The security at this site requires all computers to
deleted the contents of the recycling bin at the users log
off time. Is there a script/batch file that will automate
this, so I can use it as a logoff script to empty the
recycling bin? Or does anyone know the location on the
recycling bin under windows XP? I could just delete the
contents of that folder to do the job.

Recyle bin is located here:
C:\RECYCLER

This is a hidden and protected folder so you have to have hidden and
protected files set to show for it to show in explorer.
