Automatically email spreadsheet through Outlook to a specific email address

I would like to have a macro that will automatically send
the spreadsheet as an attachment to a specific Outlook
email address and also give a receipt to the sender when
the email is opened by the receiver. Is this possible and
if so, how can I do this? Thanks in advance.
