automatically delete messages from senders my junk senders list

I need a way to automatically delete messages from senders I have already
determined are junk, instead of them just getting moved to a junk folder. I
can't figure out how to point to the junk senders list in the rules wizard.
I don't want to automatically delete all message outlook thinks might be
junk, just the ones I have already designated as such.

Outlook was not designed for this. Because spam and normal emails can
sometimes wind up in the spam folder, you are expected to review what is in
there every so often, then secondary-click the folder and choose empty junk
email folder.

There is a list of Junk senders and a list of Adult senders, and these
senders have already been reviewed by me and designated as unwanted. I want
to create a rule to just delete, or move to deleted items folder, any
messages from this list of senders. I cannot find how to point to the list
when I am creating a rule. Pointing to the list or otherwise telling outlook
that this list is the one I want to make a rule for, is what I need help on.
