Automatically change report name

Is there a way to automatically change the name of the report when you email
it in a rtf format? I have some users that are not computer savy. I did
teach them to open the report and then email it out by going to file, send
to and clicking rtf format. I have a manager asking to change the name of
the report to the customer that the report is on. Can this be done in vba or
some automatic way some that my users don't have to do a lot of steps? I
have been trying to come up with some thing but not sure in a report format.
