Automatically Calculate Date field

I've created custom forms in Outlook 2003 and want to populate certain fields
with automatically calculated dates. For instance, if I put "May 1, 2005" in
the first field, "Contract Date," I want the following fields to populate
with the 'Contract Date' + X number of days. So the field Delivery Date
would automatically fill with the Contract Date plus 3 days, and the
Inspection Date would fill with Contract Date plus 10 days, and et cetera.

I'm doing something wrong. Can someone please tell me how to do this and
what formula to use? Thanks so much!!!

How about showing us what you've already done? [Contract Date] + 3 should be valid formula.
